If you try to look at the quiz or survey results on the front end using the Mad Blanks component or the Mad Blanks Display module, you may be puzzled when you only see a list of answers without their questions. The reason this happens is that each quiz answer is placed into a Mad Blanks field, and you have to configure the text that comes before and after each field. If you would like to show all the quiz results you have collected in a list on the front end, you will need to edit the category and put the quiz questions into the Text/HTML that comes before the field, along with any HTML formatting needed to make the questions appear the way you want them to. You can also use the Text/HTML that comes after the field for additional text and/or HTML formatting that comes after each answer. This means that you will put the questions in two places: The Field Name (or Quiz Question) and the Text/HTML that comes before the field. You can click to see an example of this concept in action. If not already on the screen, clicking the link will make a copy of the Create Single Record module appear to the left with a two question survey. The survey results can be viewed via the component on the front end. I have used a tool called SnagIt to capture the relevant portion of the Mad Blanks component category editing page and the Create Single Record module configuration for this "Example survey with results shown by the component or display module" category. You can examine the images to see what settings I used to make the current configuration possible. View the captured screen of the Mad Blanks component category configuration.
