Mad Blanks newbies and more experienced users, I need your help!  Shocked

I have just updated the How to Implement a Basic Quiz tutorial that is the basic introduction to using Mad Blanks.

I added illustrations and brought the wording up to date to match the latest releases. I was also able to simplify the tutorial.

I would very much value your feedback about this newly improved tutorial.

  • Is there anything in it that confuses you?
  • Is there anything in it that doesn't work quite as I have described it?
  • Do you have suggestions for improvements to the tutorial?
  • Do you have any other comments about the tutorial?

Please comment in this forum thread or use the contact form if you wish to respond privately.

Thank you!  Cool

Hi Chris,

I think what you have done is great.

I suggest if possible, giving some troubleshooting tips regarding blank pages after submitting a basic quiz, assuming all instructions were followed properly to install and configure a mad blanks, and a mad blanks quiz.

I have Yahoo web hosting, and the quiz shows, and gets recorded successfully, but I get a blank page after submission of a quiz.

Thanks for being proactive to solicit feedback.

I think having troubleshooting tips at the end of the tutorial would be a great idea.

What are issues people have had after completing the tutorial that should be addressed in the form of troubleshooting tips?

Hi Chris,

I agree, what you have done is almost perfect!

Why not add some fake values has template. Some time, reading your document + seeing the way it has been done, can help a lot to progress.

Thanks for your love in helping the community.
